Questions shops ask before installing
How does pricing work?
Gangio is free to install and includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you pay 3% for each gang sheet fulfilled. Re-downloads and gang sheet copies are always free.
Do my customers need to create an account?
No. The builder works for guests and logged-in customers. Designs are saved to the browser session, and logged-in users can access them across devices.
What image formats are supported?
Customers can upload PNG, JPEG, PDF, and other common formats, including high-resolution and large file sizes.
Does it work with my existing Shopify theme?
Yes. Gangio uses a theme app extension that works with any Online Store 2.0 theme. No code changes needed.
Can I customize the builder?
The builder inherits your storefront styling. You configure sheet sizes (inches or centimeters), margins, allowed formats, and more from settings.
