Thank you for shopping with DTF Power! We are committed to getting your DTF printing supplies to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $180 USD or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $180 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier conditions and your location.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers worldwide, including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Japan, Singapore, and many more. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Please note for international orders:
- Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. DTF Power is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
- International orders may be subject to inspection by customs authorities, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging all DTF film, inks, powders, and equipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our Contact page with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and/or product
- A description of the issue
We will work with you promptly to resolve the situation, whether through a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only. Expedited shipping options are not available for these addresses.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return and exchange information.
